Robert Beggs
Robert Beggs is a trial attorney with significant experience in general civil and business litigation. He represents clients in both the prosecution and defense of complex business, real estate, and employment matters. He also represents individuals in personal injury, product liability, estate planning, criminal defense, and family law matters. As such, there are few cases that he has not handled.
Mr. Beggs is dedicated to achieving exceptional results while providing superior value to his clients. To maximize his success, Mr. Beggs follows a three-pronged philosophy: (1) Always be more prepared than your opponent; (2) Prepare every case as if it is going to trial; and (3) Stay focused on client objectives. Whether your matter is large or small, Mr. Beggs will work with you to develop a custom litigation plan to maximize your results, while saving you time and money.
In addition to his work with The Beggs Law Firm, Mr. Beggs is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Chapman University School of Law, where he coaches Mock Trial and Arbitration competition teams.
Prior to forming The Beggs Law Firm, Mr. Beggs spent two years as Special Counsel at McFarlin & Geurts LLP, where he directed the firm’s civil litigation and trial practice. At McFarlin & Geurts, Mr. Beggs handled complex cases in the areas of patent and trademark infringement, business dissolutions and fraud, employment, and personal injury. Prior to that, he spent four years at Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold, a large international defense firm, litigating catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product and general liability, and professional negligence matters.
